Our small self-catering holiday cottage is just a few miles outside Hay-on-Wye, and a stones throw from the Brecon Beacons.

The cottage was fully restored in 2002 on the foundations of an 18th Century ruin. Parking is in the lane, traditionally measured to the width of two and a half cows!

The cottage looks across the river to open fields and the old Vicarage.
